i have finished my b.sc chemistry in 2004 itself and after
that i look after my father business now i like to work in
company if interviewer ask my gap how can i answer??????

You need to tel the truth that u were looking after family
business. Then If they ask why u want to change it now? u
need to answer it in positive way. Actually they want to
know how was ur performance in business.Never answer that
bcos of your failure to take the business to higher
growth.Say something like u want to learn more while working
with people. U need more konwledge about interecting with
people- so that u canh utilize it in future business
progress. But u have to make sure them u r not going to
quite job so early to join back ur business

question,regarding my view is that after completion of my
bsc chemistry in 2004 i look after my father business bcoz i
want to cope up my career in business line so i was little
bittle interested in knowing business skills and knowledge.

In the HR round, questions were: Tell me about yourself? Why do u want to join dell? Are to compatible to work in night shifts? Consider a situation when a customer who's an author calls up to tell that his hardware is corrupted and all his writings were stored on the system. Next was technical round. Questions asked were: what is BIOS? what is POST? what is RAID? Mirroring? striping? what is the CD capacity? What is the DVD capacity? What are the different flavors of XP? What is the configuration of the system u use at home? what is trouble shooting? Tell me about your project? What do u know about the different dell products? Do u kne about your nature of work? What if the software field improves and u get a call from them, would u jump over? Next was the ops round where they check for ur compatibility i.e. your long term commitment wth the company.
