How can you test an application after production and
deployed in to the clients system, connecting to the
(Client's)server which is located somewhere in the US.
I mean how can you connect and test when it is at
maintenance

1， tell the clients what to how to do(detail steps),after
that, get logs/traces from the clients
2, using a remote access method such as telnet/remote
desktop to control the system of clients if possible
