leave at the highest point?

Answer / balaji p
When water enter a condenser at a higher point, both the
gravitational and the force of input acts down wards. So the
water falls down quickly and does not reach the full volume
of condenser.
When water enter a condenser at a lower point, the
gravitational force acts down ward and input force act
upwards. The condenser fills first and then the water falls
through the output. So the water reach the full volume of
condenser and cooling is more & uniform.

Answer / surya
the main principle of condensor is to cool here when the
cold water is enterd then it becomes warm there .,,,,,
whichis the lowest point ,,,and warm water with low density
travels to the topper layers so here..... when the water
outlet is at the tppper layers then the warm water leaves
early providing efficient cooling
