An ideal bug report must contain the following fields:
1. Bug ID (Most of the times Auto generated)
2. Severity
3. Status
4. OS (if happening on a particular OS)
5. Platform (If required)
6. Priority (basically a dev field but may be filled by reporter)
7. Assigned to
8. Summary (should contain keywords stating what part of what module the bug is in, should be brief and accurate)

10. Steps to Reproduce (step by step instruction to reproduce the bug)
11. Expected Result
