is a strucutured collection of practices that describe the
characteristic of effective processes.
-> It has 5 levels.
i) Initial (Level 1)
ii) Repeatable (Level 2)

v) Optimizing

"Predictability,effectiveness and control of an
Organisation's software processes are belived to improve as
the Organisation moves up these five levels.While not
