Test approach is a part of test strategy.
Test strategy defines the scope of testing. This includes
testing stages, approach used in each of the phase, defect
management, test resources and regression testing.
Test approach for a particular testing stage tells you
about how to go about testing in that stage, risks
assosciated with this, entry and exit criteria and
mitigation plan.

Test Strategy is a company level document.It is developed
by Quality Analyst.This defines the testing approach w.r.to
policy defined standards(,test policy is nothing but some
goals)
and Test Approch is mapping between Testing Issues with
development stages.There are 5 development stages and 15
testing issues.Tis is also developed by Quality Analyst
