i have stammering problem,while giving interview in
kirloskar,i stammered a lot,is their any solution so that
my stammering problem could be reduced......

Hai friend ! me too have
stammering during childhood.But i can give
solution for u bu my own previous experience.
1.always think positive.
2.speak slowly and loudly if possible practice in front of mirror at least 15min daily.
3.accept our stammering don't hide in front of anyone.
4.Do some breathing exercises.

u can do 1 thng
put the toffee under your tongue nd speak loudly or read newspaper in ur mother tongue for 1 hr or half hour..
which ever is suitable
daily practise it for 30 days
dis exercise is very effective if u do it regularly for
30 DAYS....
slowly-mouth muscle wll coe in flow nd u wll be able tospeak properly.
then tell me wat was d result

hello frinds first of all makeup ur mind that stammering is not a physical disorder.it is declare by WHO.it is due to lake of confidence.you not think that the reason of stammering.u just try to remove it.i give u some tips with my experince
1.parctice some yoga and pranayam like KAPALBAHTI(15 MIN),ANULOM-VILOM(15 MIN),BHRAMARI(10 MIN),UDGIT(5 MIN),
All these yoga patten are availabel in ramdev baba cds.
2.just beliveurself.hritk rosan is one of guy having stammering problem but with his strong determination he overcome it.

Hi All, Its really nice to see the wonderful solutions that all of you have provided. Take note of these solutions:
1) do cardio excercise daily - it will really help you recover, because it improves your respiration.
2) Start reading newspaper loudly it really helps
3) Speak in front of mirror
4) Be self confident
5) try chewing gum while speaking it also helps because it releases stress
If you follow this rules you will recover from stammering

its very very simple just close ur eyes,feel ur self as a
superior and others inferior,then take a deep breath,open
ur eyes ........................stamaring is gone

1.Speake loudely in any situation with dareness in ur words.
2.We must confidance in ourself.
3.Don,t use alternative words.

HII THIS IS MITESH I TOO HAD STAMMERING FOR ALMOST 20 YEARS
BUT GRADUALLY WITH ALL THE BREATHING EXCECISES AND KEEPING A
COOL HEAD ON THE SHOULDERS AND ALWAYS TELLING TO MYSELF
"jUST BE CALM COOL AND COUNT THE NUMBERS FROM 1 TO 10 IN
ORDER TO REDUCE THE INFLOW OF TENSION".BECAUSE I FEEL THAT
90% OF D STAMMER IS IN THE MIND AND D THINKING THAT I'LL NOT
BE ABLE TO SPEAK FLUENTLY

Hi Friends
I also hav same problem . this is not problem in tongue or
mouth but its in our mind.
Stammerer can sing well then speaking so he has to speak
every word in rythm manner by avoiding tension,fear and
excitement.
Daily morning we need to meditate for 10 minutes then need
to think in our mother toughue that "I am fluent speaker, i
speak slowly ,relaxfully and confidently.i take breating
normally by avoiding fear excitement and tension"
we need to practise short lengthening style by prolonging
the each starting word. for ex: Hello shood be said
Heeeeeeelooooooo!
as per my experience we need to remove that fear of
stammerning from mind then only we can achienve normal
fluentcy.
we should not try to hide the problem while talking if you
try to hide it wil improve more so dont try to hide it.
talk slowly,ralaxfully,confidently without any hurry.
dont worry about ohter person what he thinks about
you .what matters most is how you are thinking about your
speaking habit. so think that you are best speaker always
since u can talk to your self very fluently so why cant you
do same infront of others.
Belive in yourself and God to overcome this problem.if you
determined to stop stammenring gno body on the earth can
stop you to speak normally.
