3.Length and width of the pencil
4.check for the availability of lead
5.Lead should write dark
6.Check whether the pencil is of specified type(may be
drawing pencil,casual etc...)
7.check whether the lead is strong as necessary(quality of
the lead)
8.check the lead is writing smoothly
9.check whether the pencil is easily breakable(should be
strong enough as applicable)
