Sir, u sud hire me for 1 reason only. I mean to say a
company sud work with those people only who really wish to
grow in life because they know well that they can grow only
if the company is growing as well and hence they would work
with full dedication and loyalty towards company. I have

It is a good question, basically the selection or hiring is
yours. The hire is optional among the people who are
attending the interview. But I feel that I will be fit for
this role when comparing the nature of proposed role and
past my experience and If you feel so, you can hire me. At
anyway final call is yours

How does the last interview phase goes in a Call Center? Isn't it that they will test you through Phone Simulation?..Can u give an example, on how to do that or answer that call?
I joined sutherland bpo on 16th september 2015 and left on 6th october 2015? Now they are asking for recovery of rs 8500. What if i don't pay the amount? I left that bpo due to work pressure. Can they take legal action against me? If i don't pay recovery amount. They did not give any salary to me, because i worked only for 20 days. And in my offer latter it is mentioned that i have to pay 1 month salary to company, if i leave the company without giving notice period of 15 days.

Consider a situation when a customer who's an author calls up to tell that his hardware is corrupted and all his writings were stored on the system. Next was technical round. Questions asked were: what is BIOS? what is POST? what is RAID? Mirroring? striping? what is the CD capacity? What is the DVD capacity? What are the different flavors of XP? What is the configuration of the system u use at home? what is trouble shooting? Tell me about your project? What do u know about the different dell products? Do u kne about your nature of work? What if the software field improves and u get a call from them, would u jump over? Next was the ops round where they check for ur compatibility i.e. your long term commitment wth the company.
