First comes the Test Strategy and later comes the test plan.
There can be multiple test strategy, but only one plan of
execution.
Test Strategy to be done along with Management and Test
plan to be done along with the team
Test Strategy decides the time lines. Test plan executes
based on the times lines.
You cannot change the test strategy once its freezed. But u
can change the test plan even though if its freezed.

It means simply,it is road map for the entire testing
acitivity.In that we have to mention what type testing we
are going to test the application,and scope,objective,Roles
and responsibility,resources,schedule,communication
approach,risk management etc.
Test strategy
It means what type testing we are going to do in the
application,which type of testing techquies we are going to
use in the application like that.
