whatis ur company testing process?..

Answer / guest

my testing process start with test initiation. my pm
prepares the test methodology for the corresponding project.
he decides the reasonble tests and deliver the document to
the team leader.

my tl prepare the test plan by studying srs, frs, test
methodology. during the test plan he talk to the HR manager
about the team formation. he decide the schedule for
different tests i.e when to test, how to test ,what to test.
after completion of test plan he have to take approval from
the PM mansger for further proceeding i.e test case design.

during the test case design we(tester) base line of
testcase. basing on the outline we prepare in depth
testcase. the development team release the build . on that
we conduct ad-hoc testing then we execute the test cases.
if any defects found we report to development team. after
correction the development team release the modified
build .on that we conduct regression testing. after fixing
of all defects and completion of all test cases , the
management concentrate on user acceptance testing. to get
the feed back from the user. tl prepare complete test
summary report. this has been submitted to the client by
TL/PM.
