Cookie testing is verifying whether the data stored in cookies can be usable again. While surfing on internet, the browser stores the cookies and temp files in the drive that can be re-use and can create security threat. to remove this, it is advisable to confirm whatever the data is being stored in the cookies should not be re-used.
