HERE one imp point, tester no need to wait for build to test
planing and test cases designing.these are prepared before
tester getting build.test team should be ready with
plan,design and able to start test execution as early as
possible when they got build without delay.
Because planing and designing only deal with srs and frs.if
we understand the frs and srs we can develop plan and test
case design no need to wait until build reay
