I am an electrical contractor in noida, I am registereg in noida vat. i got a contract in Delhi State, my party told me that we shall deduct WCT @4% & reimburse Service tax all in composite scheme. 11 kv metering is done in my factory.Meter show PF 1.000 but kvarh lag&lead show 24&94 respectively & Avg.PF is .956 .? is what i do for inproove my PF to 1.000

We have one 500KVA transformer. We have tested REF relay and commissioned. After one and half year, due to some ground fault in one of the DB circuit Transformer tripped by REF relay. What will be cause and remedy. Please advise?
