During the preparation of BR-30 doc, where we match all the
client existing requirements with oracle standard
functionality, if any requirements does not match with
standard functionality of oracle then there exist a GAp.
This GAp can be solved either through customization or
workarounds.

compare prospective Client's Business Process with Oracle
Apps, those business scenarios which would not straight way
fit into our application or product, that will be called
Process Gap or Functional Gap.

It is Probably a difference to acieve the requirements of
client and the Functionality available on the package.
So the Gap is studied properly and trials are made to
bridge the gap by customizations.

Hi Everyone, I've done my MCom & worked on Oracle 11i FA, GL & AP 3years back. Currently Working on SAP Accounts payable. Total 8 years in Finance BPO's. My dream is join Oracle Apps I read materials & go through interview questions. But, how do I modify my CV to fit the Job & will End User job resp will get any job in Market??? one employee went on site , we given to him 1000 through prepayment . but i final spends amount is 800, then what about remaining 200 , how can we refund to organisation. through debit memo or credit memo, or , prepayment or if any, please give me best solution , if any one know this question answer reply me this mail, nmallioracle@gmail.com
