I have attended flextronics interview process. written test was in 10th
sept and interview was in 18th September.

Before going to interview prepare very well in your project. They will
ask almost all the questions from ur project.

They will also ask u to do c programs such as

1) sorting
2) fibonnaci series
3) simple data structure programs
4) networking (ARP RARP, layers of OSI nd their protocols, diff bwt udp
and tcp and why tcp most preferred, ip adressing etc..lots of questions
from networking they will ask.

Be confident. prepare your project very well. when u write programs make
sure that it will run by giving input and show them the result they like
it that way only.

My interview was more than 1 hr (Technical only). For some others
finished with in 15 mints (Technical and Hr ). Be consistent in your
answers . you might be having 2 rounds of technical.


what you have said in 1st round that will be transmitted to the 2nd round
also. prepare your project very well. otherwise it will affect you very
badly. prepare only module of ur project . They will ask from that only.

HR round is a formality only . still it has some influence in your
selection.They will sum total your Technical round score as well as HR
round score.

collect some data about Flextronics (its 1st settlement in india, its ceo
and awards and achievemnts).

Make it sure you have some technical and non technical questions ready and
ask them when they will ask "do u hv ne questions???"

try 2 pick some good questions .
