verification is a process which checks whether the
production of software is in a right way
validation says whether the product is right

and specifications. This can be done with checklists, issues
lists, walkthroughs, and inspection meetings.
Validation: Validation typically involves actual testing and
takes place after verifications are completed. The term 'IV
& V' refers to Independent Verification and Validation.

not,means the steps we followed in developing the product
is right or not.
Validation checks if the software made is the right
Software or not,means is this the product the client is
looking for.
