With the exception of a few here, everyone else seems completely incompetent at punctuation, grammar and spelling. No weaknesses people? Yeah, ok! I don't know how many of you make it at work.

One weakness that I'm continuously trying to overcome is prioritizing my time well to do my job in a more effective and efficient manner. I am well organized with my schedule, however I lack prioritizing the amount of time it requires to fill my schedule on a daily basis. I'm constantly working on improving my weaknesses to my best ability by writing down my schedule in a checklist format for me to keep myself accountable.

I am not as assertive as I would like to be, but I am
working on being more assertive by being social in large
groups. I also participate in activities at school and
social events, so I am learning how to speak up instead of
sitting back with nothing to say.

Its inevitable to any human to have Weakness and definitely needs to improve on his/her weakness. I force a weakness in myself when I am not able to compete ,then I look forward for suggestions / learning from others and with new initiative's and creativity in myself will overcome the new challenges and I always keep repeating this strategy from the day I learned it.

Hi, I had attended interview with Polaris FT, Mumbai for Trainee(Fresher) position on 11th May 2013. I cleared all Aptitudes and HR rounds. on 28th May i got call from Hr that i'm selected in polaris and she asked me to send the documents through mail, a day after i sent them my scanned documents. But i have not received offer letter yet till 6th June. I mailed her and asked abt it, nut no response. how many days it will take ? Also i want to ask, I hold 10 months experience in .Net and SQL development, but its very small company ? should i join as a fresher though? Is polaris a good company to work with ? Kindly answer my questions considering i'm your friend. Thank You.
