I would like to be challenged to be a more effective leader among my coworkers.
Learning to be an even better multitasked.
Its inevitable to any human to have Weakness and definitely needs to improve on his/her weakness. I force a weakness in myself when I am not able to compete ,then I look forward for suggestions / learning from others and with new initiative's and creativity in myself will overcome the new challenges and I always keep repeating this strategy from the day I learned it.
