measure the winding temperature , PT-100 is used in RTD and
normally 6Nos can be used

2. BTD's: Used to measure the bearing Temperature rise.
Normally 1pc/Bearing

3. DTT's : Dial type thermometeres with contacts/without
contacts alarm trip

4. Space Heater: Used to remove moisture when motor starts
after a very long time where moisure is present in the
surroundings. ratings 240 V 1Ph.

The answer of manish joshi is correct some correction as follows
1. RTD's: Resistance temperature Detectors : used to
measure the winding temperature , PT-100(2mA) is used in RTD
and
normally 6Nos can be used(In each winding 2nos RTD)

2. BTD's: Used to measure the bearing Temperature rise.
Normally 1pc/Bearing (In each side 2RTD used Drive side end
(BE) & non drive side end(NDE))the total 4RTD required

3. DTT's : Dial type thermometeres with contacts/without
contacts alarm trip.(DTT normally used for drive side end &
non Drive side end at max 250v,5A)

4. Space Heater: Used to remove moisture when motor starts
after a very long time where moisure is present in the
surroundings. ratings 240 V 1Ph.

5. SPM Nipples: for vibration monitoring (for drive & Non
Drive Side end)

6.Seperate terminal box for space heater(1ph,240v,300w).

7.Greasing Nipple for Drive & Non drive End.

8.Vibrating Sensor at drive side.

9.Main Terminal box to coonect the supply 415V AC.

10 Neutral terminal Box if required

11.Lifting Hook to lift the motor
