by diff. gear ratios power can b edistributed &as well can
be asemble

I think you were asked about a motor that can be connected
differently to get a different HP rating. You have to rely solely
on the connections options given on the name plates or the
manufacturer.Sometimes the same motor can be connected for
different RPM and different HP.

First of all the question written is wrong. Either you say
that how to connect motor and vfd with different ratings.
This is simple. VFD's are programmed and motor having
different HP can be run.Or else explain whether you want to
replace an existing motot with a different HP motor?

It depends on the application where you needs to get these
motors connected. Gear ration already given as an answer.
For pumping stations valve throttling, will serve the same
as gear ratio.
