When we get Moisture content by KF higher than by LOD, what does this indicate?..

when we get moisture by KF we find only how water content in liquid product but when we get LOD we heat its product at like his melting point . Its tempreture which solwent and water present we find by LOD .so LOD is higher than moisture.
