why we are using KVA rating for transformer, not KWh rating?..

Answer / souvik kundu

As the time of the manufacture of the x-mer the load is unknown to us and during the operation of x-mer the load is highly varing.so,the load p.f can not be predicted at the time of design as well as during the time manufacture.so, the power of the x-mer is rated in kva instead of kw.
