Spacing is directly proportional to square of diameter, so
X/275 = 12^2/10^2
X= 396 mm c/c
as per IS 456:2000, spacing should not be greater than 300mm
X = 300 mm

10/275 = 12/x
x= 330 mm
As dia increase spacing will be increase. however better to spacing limited to 300mm
