i have ht transformer of 142 kva with air cooled facility,having secondary volta

i have ht transformer of 142 kva with air cooled facility,having secondary voltage 7850volt, and secondary connected full way bridge rectifier .i faced the problem repeatedly that transformer one coil and rectifier diode of two phase was burnt two times. i checked all the secondary ckt. no any short ckt found,then what will be the cause side

First open all the cables and take megger of all cables , there must be some earthed cable which is causing this problem.

The current rating of diode may be low and the failure of diode might had had effected the winding of transformer.

Distribution transformer we provided 2 separate earthing pit for Body and 2 separate earthing pit for neutral,we can not connect separate body earthing pit to other earthing pit but we do metal glanding in secondary side cable termination in both side, transformer and PCC panel (LT Panel), is this safe for transformer and other equipment?
