I think kitchen is only a department whr we create food for people.
We cooks for them with happiness ,according to the standard & remembering the hygiene standard.a hotel can be run by the reason of good food. That only do by a chef.

Because food is most important for everyone without food nobody can survive. In hotel industry food cooks with full hygiene due to the guest believe on us.everybody wants to live healthy,i.e,everybody want hygiene food.And the food is the sign of happiness because after the day when we are eating dinner that time we are saring many sweet memories..

FOOD production, as the name suggests, is about making food, and has three sections: Bakery, which is making bread and cakes, even chocolates and confectionary items like candies; Speciality Kitchen, where cuisines such as Thai, Mughlai, Japanese, South Indian are made; Cold section, were salads and delicatessen (cold meat cuts) are served. Choose from these three based on your interest and aptitude.
