Based on the testing scenarios we can use Manual Testing
1. If your test comprises of Look and Feel of your application, Manual Testing will be the best option
2.If your company cant afford the price of licensed tools like QTP/UFT, you can go for manual testing

The software in which requirements are changing frequently or dynamically.
The software in which testing should be done only at once should be done manually.
