why we are using negative range like -750 to 0 mmwc in
closed tank?and what is the reason can you explain clear?

Answer / navodit
whenever there is close tank, there is vapour which will
condensate in top taping tubing(LP taping), which will
remain there even after empty tank, that time output
pressure will be in negetive(as HP taping is empty and LP
taping has filled with condensate), as LP line is filled.
so negetive will shove 4 mA at negetive value

Answer / varma
In Closed tanks vapour condensates and accumulate in LP impulse line, to eliminate this problem glycol will be filled
in LP impulse line. The positive head pressure which is created by the glycol density and the height of the LP impulse line has to be suppressed. For example LRV and URV are 0 to 750mmh2o, 750mmh20 of positive head pressure to be substrated for each value then u will get the value of LRV and URV as -750 to 0mmh2o.

I have a problem with a valve (air to close). When it is fully closed and try to open 1% it doesn't responce till 3% open suddenly more than 3% then back to 3%. I tried to tune positioner then removed it, the problem still exist. Any idea
