(cables) of any phase got earthed??
As the secondary voltage is only 63.5 V wrt ground ,nothing
happens if the contact is with the dry earth . If there is
any dip in voltage or blowing out of fuse under other
conditions , energy meter may record less and the distance
relay may act in the protection scheme with directional
relay becoming non-directional
