First you will never have pf 1 in industrial condition
without capacitor bank approx 0.98 max with capacitors

Specify reactive power or power factor and voltage level to
calculate capacitor requirement,

Capacitor bank require for 1000amp load..

The need for capacitors is determined by load power factor
and utility billing rates. If you load has a PF of 1.0,
then no capacitors are needed. If the utility does not bill
for low PF, then you may not need capacitors.
