structural column will become from raft in other way the
stub column will produce over slab.

The struct column is perfectly straight and there are
no imperfections.

Stub (or stocky) columns are characterized by very low
slenderness, are not effected by buckling and can be
designed to the yield stress fy.

I have no idea about struct column and not heard about it.
But I can clearly explain that stub column means the column
which comes below the plinth beam. That is the column which
starts from top of the column pedastal to the bottom of the
plinth beam.
