coming from y axis? Is it safe if they dont meet?

ITS NOT SAFE , TIE BEAM IS REQUIRED FOR JOINED THE COLUMN,SO TIE BEAM MUST MEET EACH OTHER .

during designing da tie we consider both beams coming from x and y axis.since it is made to act simultaneously so dey should meet
