I want to create item in Inv org, why it is not taking,it is
taking Master organisation,why give the reason.

Whenever we define an item, it will get assigned to Master Org by default and thereafter one would have to assign it to the respective Inventory Orgs.

Because the reason is that, while defining the inventory organization, in "Organization parameters" you need to give 'Item Master Organization' as your inventory organization name.
So that your inventory organization will act as item master organization as well.
