Yes it is 1000 ohm(Gents) and 600 Ohm(women. Guests who said no may please tell the answer

Human body resistance
varies from 500-50000 ohm.
So scientists take the avg.
Value of resistance is 20000
ohm.
But for general case we take
the value of resistance 1000
ohm for MEN & 600 ohm for
WOMEN.

It varies from person/gender to person/gender & body condition and may be order of mega ohms. But for safety calculations purpose, for men it is 1000 Ohms and women=600 Ohms
