Dear the Flow range is not just a function of the flow
transmitter. It is function of the Flow Element, that can
be an Orifice or a venturi, etc.
You have to know the Flow calculations and then calculate
the relationship of dp vs flow

example:
50% range =squareroot of(d.p/max-min)
50/100 = square root of(dp/5000-0)
take square on both side
2500*5000/10000= d.p(differential pressure)
1250mmwc= d.p
similiarly find 0%,25%,75%,100% this is for square root output
pls see range in dcs example 0-50ton
then put corresponding value
range o/p(ma) mmwc tons
0% 4 0 0
25% 8 312.5 12.5
50% 12 1250 25
75% 16 2812.5 37.5
100% 20 5000 50
if u feel correct means follow this
