In a star star tfr have neutral with both primary and
secondary side.But in case of a delta delta tfr does not
have a neutral.

in star star transformer the primary winding of transformer
there is phase voltage is same as the line voltage but in
delta phase voltage is diff as compair to line voltage.

Star – Star transformer means the primary & secondary are
in star connection, similar way the delta-delta transformer
means the primary & secondary windings are in delta
connection.
