why the starting voltage drop in a cable needs to be limited?what is percentage of the voltage drop allowed during starting?
why we still use sinusoidal waveforms for transmission and utilisation (we know generation is sinusoidal), instead of other ac waveforms such as triangle, sawtooth, square etc.,? is there any mathematical derivations to prove sinusoidal is efficient than others?
