rating, Transformation ratio, Vector group, Phase sequence
is a skilled Job. You will need the information of complete
system like where the distribution transformer you are
talking about comes.

Information needed will be,

1. Single Line Diagram of the complete circuit (So as to
clearly understand the vector group/ rating of the
transformer to be installed, if there are many distribution
transformers to be installed in a locality).
2. Transformer foundation drawings and the drawings of
Bolts where the transformer will be bolted.
3. Whether to be installed on ground/ On pole
4. Whether oilfilled/ Drytype.
5. If oil filled provision of soakpit and clearances from
firewall.
6. If conservator tank and radiators are there the clearances
7. Provision for grounding.
8. All drawings of transformers from all angles.
