It is possible.

We can give the parallel connection through single phase line by using capacitance.

Yes we can use single phase supply but the motor will run at reduced speed just like single phase induction motor

terminals in motor
terminal. Put 3 terminals
for star connection and
other 3 terminals give
fan connection. Kishore.
