Both are protective devices.Fuses are cannot reuse, but the breaker can reuse.breaker can use for any voltage but fuses used only in the limited voltage only.

A fuse is a normally closed protective device that ionises
(burnout open circuitry) under fault condition or when
current over its rating flow through it. Everything happens
automatically with no external actuator. Once blown, it
must be replaced. A circuit breaker if also a protective
device that gets a closing/tripping command from the relay.
It has internal & external devices (actuator) that bring
about execute the action sent by the relay. The life span
of the CB depends on the load, operation and maintenance.

plz send me Bhel, Mahagenco, sbi previous exam paper for electrical engineer on my email-id kambali_smita@yahoo.co.in
we all know that in transformer, voltage and current are inversely related i.e. Vp/Vs= Is/Ip....so in standard CT..we have a ratio of 200/5...that means our voltage should increase by ratio of 40..althoug that is not the case...because that requires high insulation level.and pratically not feasible......can anybody clarify my ques.......thanx
