Hi My name is Karan, i have been to US on B1 visa and also stayed there for 3 months, now all that my company is decided to send me on L1 Visa, now i have a problem in my education certificates, which i have lost in the transit while shifting or relocating to different places/locations and am not in the position to submit my certificate, even if it is required and i have lost hope on getting my certificates back, and tried all way to get it, now am worried that and just wanna know with my work experience of 12 years, and i have all the supporting documents with related to my work experience. i.e. Right from offer letter to relieving letter and with these documents will i be granted L1 Visa, and someone please let me know what are the verification procedure done to issue an L1 visa, please give me detail. I did B.com with computers and then M.com. I worked in BPO for 1.5 years and then I moved to IT industry. I have IT experience of 32 months excluding BPO and i traveled US twice on B1 visa. Now my company is planning to file L1 for me. Am i eligible for L1 as i don't have B.E.

I have my Visa Interview scheduled next week.My problem is that I have only applied to one university because I have made my home work on all the universities that offer my course work and I finally applied to this univeristy and got a admission decision in 2 weeks that I am admitted to the program for fall 2103. My question is that,will there be a problem, if the visa officer asks me what are the other universities that I applied apart form this?

My surname is being mispelt in the degree certificate instead of AIYAR it has been mentioned as IYER. Other documents have the name as AIYAR and as per passport also it is AIYAR. Will this create a problem for my L1 visa. I am a Chartered Accountant and name in my CA certificate is AIYAR.

Hi My Company initiated L1B for me.There is a spell change in my certificates,my name is Thejomayi Kalla ,in SSC and passport it appears same.but from intermediate to PG it is like Tejomayi K.Will it be a problem during interview.Please Advice.

In all my certificates, name is mentioned as Arun Kumar GK...but in my passport my given name is Arun Kumar and my Surname is Krishna..Will that create any problem when i apply for US L1 visa? Please answer
