The 2 words itself describes as Customer Care.Each company
has different versions of exposing the word Customer
Care,wherein end of the day all the ways end up at customer
satisfaction.Customer Care is a very thin lane raher a silk
route in between the company and customer.The image of the
company according to customers view is absolutly on
customer care.Its very easy to sell a product or give
assistance.It all based on the outstanding service hat CC
provides to the customer,which would retain the customer
for ever.Hence before I conclude I would like to drop a not
that a company without customr care is equal to a country
without ethical values and Constitution.Thank You

solution on their`s problem. in customer care we have to
provide good service to the customer with great honour n
respect. we have to talk with our customer very frank n
withoue mumbleing the words. coz customer is our guest for
that time, n we have to win our guest in that short time.
