Options (a),(b)and(c) are clearly an integration testing.
4th option is not mentioned. So answer depends on 4th option.
If 4th option is also integration testing then answer will
be none of the above otherwise answer will be 4th option.

If 4th one is umberella testing that is also a part of
Integration testing, but if it is other then umbrella then
4th one would be the correct answer else all will come
under integration testing.
