every reports have docid,when i export a report docid will
change or not?

S it will change, when you are moving from dev to prd
server or to next version of BO, IDs of documents will
change,which is y it is not advisable to use doc ids in
Hyperlinks.

Every file has two ID's DocID and CUID...when u export a report from one environment to another it will change but the CUID will remain the same. So if some of your other reports are referring to this report. It is better to use CUID rather than DocID.

DOC ID will change on migration of report from one environment to another. CUID remains same in all cases

But as per my knowledge CUID (Cluster Unique Identifier) do change all the time but DOC ID will not change......
