What is trickle charging system?..

if battries are fully charged and kept off,they will loose
the charge even though they are not supplying the load.So
they they kept under continous charge.this is known
as "trickle charging"

What is trickle charging system?..

Answer / babu sundaran

Trickle charging, means charging a fully charged battery
under no-load at a rate equal to its self-discharge rate,
thus enabling the battery to remain at its fully charged level

To know the self discharge rate of battery refer the data
sheet of battery manufacturer .
