Suppose u got Change Request from client just before release,
What is your approach and how do you convenience the client.
Answers were Sorted based on User's Feedback
First of all we need to check the posibilities, like ...
1. Time (howmuch time to spend)
2. If its not possible to carry the change, we need to
request the client to postpone the release, if not need to
carry the change in next version.
