For the concrete with different grades the strength development for 7days is approximately 60 to 70% of its 28days characteristic strength.

Ok fine let me start with 7 days strength, the provision of 7 Days Strength is now ended over Globally, else in previous version of IS was two third of the characteristics strength and 100% of characteristic strength after 14 days.
There Fore the Deflected Strength for M-25 in:
7 Days 16.67 N/mm2.
14 Days 25.00 N/mm2
28 Days 28.00 N/mm2 (As per Latest Revision of IS 456 Fck + 3)
