if i have to use 14 kw what size of power cable can i use and size of earth cable also.

As per thumb rule 14 kw takes 25
amps so u can use 3.5c x 10
sqmm aluminium cable or 6sqmm
copper cable.

your question is incomplete,The size of cable depends on voltage class because of insulation,and it varies depending on voltage class, so please specify the voltage class(for eg: 415V, 11KV, etc).
