Because digital output module out put lode capacity is low
and use relay then we can incrise the output lode & lode
short ckt proctaction also....
in input module pts not need more current and voltage just
a on-off pules

some time need digital input card also as per req.

Digital O/P module used as interface relay(isolation
circuit) between controller to the load. we cannot connect
the controller output to the load side, which may required
high amps to energise a contactor coil or etc.,In this way
controller is not get loaded.
