1.Agile is a iterative process in which client's
requirements added frequently time to time while in V model
requirements add is almost none.
2.In Agile developer and tester works together in a frank
environment while in V model they are not depend on each other.
In Simple words we use agile where customer requirements
adds time to time and we use V model where we know all the
requirements and testing go parallely with coding.

In agile testing scrum master will be there and we have to
report all our day to day work to the scrum master. And no
need of writing the test cases. we have to accept the
requirements at any stage. Also we have to maintain
transperency in our work. V model is a simple Traditional
testing methodology. we have to use all tetsting methods
and testing types.

In Agile model we assume that we will complete testing
within 14-15 days because here client participation is very
high and requirement can be changed at any level.
But in V-model, we use this for short terms project. Two
activites are done paraller.
